Hi all. My doctor told me when I finish my first bottle of Flintstone vitamins, I should graduate to a real multi-vitamin with extra iron. Any suggestions on brands? I have not had any trouble swallowing pills. Thanks-Kay
I can swallow pills also but I have chosen to continue on with Centrum Chewable vitamins until I am 3 months out. I swallow my calcium pill daily tho...not sure why I am doing the chewables but it's making me happy so I guess it works
I have been ordering mine from Walgreens.com they have a brand made for bariatric patients Resource. also my doc has us take polysaccaride iron and chewable calcium... i have decided that chewing pills works better for me!!
