I am over 6 weeks out and have lost around 25 lbs. The stalls happen to all of us. I know it's hard but dont compare yourself to others because like the other poster said, they may have lots more weight to lose. Also, you don't know if they are losing muscle, not just fat. Just too many things you would need to take into consideration to do an accurate comparison. Sometimes I feel nauseaous but usually it's because I have eaten too quickly. Then I end up -ing. Fun! Someday I will learn. Hold on! amy

6 weeks out and lost only 25 pounds. Spoke to my doc the other day and he agreed you just can't compare pounds unless you are comparing with somebody with the identical weight and BMI. He said it is all percentage based. That made me feel a bit better. Plus I know it will pick up once I start to get more active and eat better. I do have bouts of nausea and they eventually pass. Hang in there! Mary
