I'm beind admitted tonight...

I just got off the phone with Dr Wynn, she's admitting me to the hosp (Christiana I think) and plans to do a scope tomorrow to check out my pouch, I can't keep any food down, I've been trying to just stay upbeat but can't anymore, it hurts now. She said I'm at the right time for a common problem and that they can fix it, but no clue if that's what it is yet... I'm scared, please pray for me... HUGS Rachel

Common problem? Can't keep food down? I'm guessing you, too, have a stricture. Good luck!

Rachel, Believe me I know how you feel. I was so tired and sore from throwing up, but I think I was scared most of all. My doctor also told me that between 1-2 months post op you is when strictures become common. But I will also tell you that after he did the procedure, which took all of about 5 minutes, I felt about 300 times better. Please write when you get home so I know you are ok.
