what's a stricture??

Hi everyone I hear people talking about strictures and having them dialated and i have no idea what they are talking about. I don't remember hearing about this at all through all my meetings and appointments. if somone could explain this to me please. thanks Paula

It is when your new hole to your stomach closes and you can't get anything through it so you throw up whatever goes in. It really was not a pleasant experience. But once I got to the right doctor it took him about 10 minutes to fix it and now I feel alot better. However there is no guarantee that it won't happen again. It doesn't happen to everyone, I just got lucky. Christine
