how many calories?

how many calories should I be taking in per day. I'm referring to the sheet I got from the mmpc, but it doesnt specify calories, just gives the goal of 50g protein. I've been recording what I'm eating & it looks like I'm averaging about 725 per day. is this too much????? too little??? thanks for insight.

my dietician told me 1150-1200 calories a day, which i can't hit to save my life, I just can't eat that much.

Our program recommends 400-600 during this stage, but the protein is most important. I just met with one of the weight loss specialist and he was much more interested in how much protein I was getting and that everything I ate had protein than the calories.

my surgeon told me not to worry about anything but protein grams at this point..he said it was the most important thing right now. I'm not getting many calories in right now. How can one when we're on one or two ounces of a pureed protein and low fat mayo? paula
