Incision Lightening

Has anyone been told anything to put on there incision? I have heard of Maderma, but I don't know if that really works. Also when is it safe to start putting something on the incision? Christine

Christine, not sure about WHEN to start putting lotions/creams on, but a friend told me last night that she uses SCARZONE (Walgreens, Walmart, etc) on her stretchmarks on thighs and breasts and it really works to lighten them. I'm going to try some myself... I would think after a month of good healing. Still...call your Doc! Good luck! Shellie
