dumping
hi there
im a year out done in october 2004
there are many diffenrt "dumping". Uually when i over due it a little i get really sleepy and lathargic like ive been u for days straight and 30 to 45 min later it passes. Thats my usual dumping this dumping is the easiest on me.
Then there is the occupy the bathroom with stomach cramps that leave me breathless for an hour dumping...usually in the middle of the night...this is susal the case if i get into too many carbs for that day ie pasta or any sugars.
Then there is the ohmygosh i shoulda known better dumping when about twenty minutes after i ate somehting that didnt agree with me im hurled up in a ball with real bad gas pains shortness of breath and sweating....this is usually due to a compination of no nos such as sugar and eating too much too fast not a good route to go
well thats my three dumping stages that ive come across and im now almost a year out
