Surgery Date Moved . . .

Hi all, Due to missing a deadline, my surgery has been pushed back to October 17th. While I am pretty bummed (which follows being mad as all get out), I have accepted that this is how it has to be. One of the reasons I choose the facility and surgeon I have is because of their professionalism and their need to have patients comply with the rules. It's not even another month out, so, I'm gonna keep my chin up and do what I've got to. Good luck to everyone!

That BITES! Sorry to hear that. I know I would be very dissapointed. Kudos to you for looking at it as a glass half-full! Very mature of you!

My symapthy. I have had my date changed twice already. My surgery is supposed to be 9/27, and so far it looks good, but some part of me is waiting for it to get changed AGAIN. Hope all goes well for you.

Tamarus, I can totally relate. I went in last Monday on the 19th for my surgery. They knocked me out then woke me stating they didn't do it because they were unable to intubate me due to a deformity. I am going back in this Monday on the 26th for them to do it again with a fiber optic camera this time. Hang in there. Everything happens for a reason. Kim 294/275/160
