I know. I had the same issue. I have not been tired at all. If anything it seems like I have tons more energy. I think part of it is because I can tell I have lost some weight in my face and neck. My sleep apnea must be getting better. I know at this point in the day before surgery, I would be needing a nap. Instead, I went and walked for 30 minutes. Rob 330/304/200

Welcome home! I felt really good on my first day home too. I had a bad day though about 10 days out. I overdid because I was feeling well. Remember that you did just have surgery, so no lifting, but walking is fine. In fact, getting out and having the sun shine and fresh air makes you feel even better. Try to get about 30 minutes of walking in everyday. Also, remember to increase your fluid intake. My doc sets the minimum at 48 ounces, but wants us to do more if possible. It took me about a week to get over the 48 ounce mark, but I am well on to upper 50s now.

Glad to hear you're doing so well. Take it easy and just recover. You've go the rest of your life now and its all downhill from here (weight hopefully)!
