Surgery this week?

Hi Everyone: Well, my big day is here. I am prepped and ready to go. My surgery is 11:30am tomorrow (Monday). For all you others who are having your surgery this week, may God Bless you, and may your surgery be a complete success. See you all on the losing side Marion S

Marion, My surgery is at 7:30 am tomorrow EST ... so I'll meet you in dream land ....I plan to fill my mind with positive affirmations ahead of time ...and then go clothes shopping in my mind during the surgery I'm so glad we are on a Monday ...because then I was able to fill myself with church yesterday. I was serving communion, and at my church when we serve we also give the person a prayer or blessing. Well, our pastor came up to my station to be served and after I blessed her, she hugged me tight and started to pray that God guide the surgeon, be with me in recovery ...and bring me back swiftly ...because "we love her so much, Lord" ..... so how can I not have a good feeling going into this. Then, instead of mentioning my pending surgery during the normal prayer for the people time ...she waited until just before the benediction and asked the whole congregation to pray for me them. Incredible ...because she had names 6-7 other people during the regular prayer time. I'll pray for you too. Jody
