Surgery Date - Wed., Sept. 21st - Looking for Prayers, Positive Support

Hello all, I really never post. I just read, read, read....and I look at the before and after pics. As you can see, I'm up really early for a west coaster...lol...I'm nervous, worried...needing prayers. I'm a single mom, I've been working hard towards weightloss....and I'm on the right track. I've been in the "weighting" (waiting) pool for weight loss surgery for two years now...and its about to happen. September 21st is my day. I've crossed all my t's and dotted all my i's...I just need prayers, well wishes, good thoughts, and positive support. Thank you.

Dear Monique... Hello from the "other side" I am 5 days out and dispite some discomfort I seem to be doing GREAT! And you my dear are going to do GREAT too.. you have a lot to live for, and WLS can only help you get MORE from life! I will keep you in my thoughts and prayers... "If the Lord brings you to it, He will see you through it." After 2 yoars you know what you signed up for and you know how to make it work... I KNOW you will suceed! Hi there!! I will also be having surgery on Wed. I will be saying a prayer for all of us on that morning!! I am also recently become a single mom of three. So I am dealing with the newness of my husband leaving and tryingto escited about my new life!! I am sure that everything will be just fine for you!! Keep a positive attitude!!

Nerves...nerves...nerves....I'm trying to do everything to take my mind off of my worries...and trying to just stay in a very positive, drama free, stress free zone....you said it and I believe it...WE WILL BE FINE!!! =), take care, good luck...please keep me updated as to how your surgery went...and I'll do the same. I am trying to stay stress free. My daughter and her 2 young sons live here, So it is kind of hard. I try and keep positive. and calm and stress free. But it is hard, I just wish they would give me some peace. Good luck to you as well. I will keep you updated as well. Take Care Barb
