I did it!!

Hi... Just wanted to let you all know that I made it thru my surgery yesterday and came home tonight and I feel pretty good. Other than being sore and the grumblings of Oscar (as in Oscar the grouchy pouch) I was even beginning to wonder if they had even done the surgery. Then I realized I do have the battle scars to prove it! And staples, and bruises and on and on and on. Anyway, I am now a 'Loser' so scoot over and make room and don't forget all the new 'Losers' following behind! Peggy ~A journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step~

Thanks Jody.... Been walking and walking this morning. I think I slept in one position for too long last night since I feel pretty sore this morning. But getting up and moving around helps lots. Thanks for cheering me on! Peggy

Yay! You made it home. I'm so happy for you, Peggy! That WAS a quick release, wasn't it? They told me I was going to be in for 2 days, Mon-Wed. I sure hope my surgery goes as smoothly as yours, sounds great! My pre-op is also Thursday and surgery is Monday-yippee!!! I hope your healing continues to go smooooothly and virtually pain-free.
