LIQUID DIET
Hey Fredrica Here is what I am doing now. I hope that this will help you. For breakfast I do a vanilla protein shake blended with frozen straberries and a bananna with a little plain yogurt.
For lunch I have a cup of chicken broth, a cup of sugar free jello, watermelon(I know this is not a liquid, but it is great diuretic(sp)? and 16 oz of water.
Dinner, I do one of the two depends on what I want that day. The funny part is I don't get hungry. This is what I found helpful for myself.
