God Bless Everyone!

My surgery is 9/27 and I just wanted to say Good luck to everyone going into surgery this month! I am just now starting to get mixed emotions on the whole thing. But, I know that God loves me and I will be in his hands so he will protect me from harm. Lets face it, it is the best option for me if I want to live a long and healthy life. May God be with all of us!

AMEN, Sista ! Emotions are running on high! I am scheduled Sept. 20th ... about a week away. I am excited, happy, sad, scared, anxious, guilty, etc. I am trying really hard to be at peace. I second that Amen! My surgery is on the 19th and I'm a little bit nervous, but not really. Mine is lap and I'll be in and out of surgery in 45 minutes the doc told me. The less time on the table the better. I trust them and I totally trust God to do what is best for me. I have wanted and prayed for this RNY for quite awhile and it would not happen if it wasn't in His will. Don't worry, everything will work out fine, just have faith. Thanks for the blessing!
