Carnation Instant Breakfast????

The only Fat Free Carnation Instant Breakfast I can find for after surgery is the 8 envelope boxes that cost around $5.00! I have found the sugar added Carnation Instant Breakfast in a large scoop container but can't seem to find the nonfat large scoop container. I figure I need to try and save some money if I am going to have to drink 4-5 packets per day!! Any suggestions?

get something else. I am going to be drinking NECTAR. it has more protein and less carbs than CIB.

Do you like the nectar? I keep thinking that I want to try that, but I haven't gotten around to ordering it, and my surgery is a week away. I guess I should get on the ball. Thanks, Jill

You could always try "unflavored" protien powder. Then you can mix it with whatever you want - pudding, crystal light etc. Unjury is supposed to have the best - well - lack of flavor. Good luck, Lynn Being banded 9/12/05 299.5/280/140
