D&C done; WLS next week!!

I feel like I have chosen the month of September 2005 as my 'get all this crap taken care of month'!!! I went in on the 9th and had my 3rd D&C in 3 years. This time with the added ablation. Now I should have normal cycles from now until menopause!!! YYYIIIIIPPPPEEEEEEE!! (sorry to the men out there! lol) Now I have to concentrate on WLS on the 19th. My iron is still waaaaay down. I am nervous and have to talk to my doctor tomorrow. The anesthesiologist for my D&C said that he would not perform such a long proceedure with someone whose iron count is as low as mine. Has anyone else been anemic when they went in? Also, the breathing tube has caused me quite a bit of pain in my throat. Is this normal? Honestly, I have more pain in my throat than I do in my uterous!! I am getting more and more nervous now that I am a week away!!! I have been off the board because of preparing and recovering from the D&C, but I can't wait to catch up on all of you and see how you have done this past week!! Smile, Donna
