DID YOU ALL HAVE TO DRINK SLIMFAST

A WEEK BEFORE SURGERY.HOW DID YOU DO WITH THE SLIMFAST.

Hi Fredrica, I did't have to drink slimfast but I did go to GNC and buy a protein shake called respect and I love it. i never was able to drink slimfast. Another shake I like is extreme smoothie at GNC also. Good luck on your surgery. I just read another girls question and she has to do liquids for 2 weeks. Have a great day! Annette

I did not have to do Slimfast, but I do have to drink two Impact Recovery shakes a day for 7 days before surergy. They aren't that bad, but the give me a stomach ache for about 30 mins after I drink them. I really don't like the flavor, so I think that is what does it for me. I know that at the wish center you are on just protein shakes for 2 weeks before surgery, now that is just cruel. Carrie

My dr. had me on a liquid diet the week before surgery. So I drank 3 or 4 cans of ensure during the day and then had a big bowl of soup at night for dinner. That worked pretty well for me. I lost 14 pounds before my surgery. Rob 330/???/200

I did not have to drink Slimfast. I was on a liquid diet the day before surgery. I had my surgery on Sept. 6, 2005. I'm on a liquid diet now.
