surgery date change!

hello, I had to change my surgery date cause of someone to help with my kids, esp. my 11month old son. my husband works 4 on 4 off, night shift. so i changed it for his days off, hopefully that will help me some! maybe i can handle it after that?. my new date now is oct 10th oh well bye 4 now Terri

Terri - I'm glad you were able to find a solution, and get rescheduled so quickly. (I would love a 4 on, 4 off night shift - man, what does he do??)

Terri, I know what a bummer it is to have your date changed, even if you did have to do it yourself. My doctor changed mine. Actually I would have been having my procedure done today, but they changed it to the 13th. It gave me more time to worry about everything and it made it harder on me to find someone to take care of my children. Thngs always work out in the end. I am sure you will feel better knowing that your husband will be there to help with the children. Good luck and stay strong. Christine 5 days to RNY
