Ann Dee, PLEASE WALK! You'll need, and then you'll WANT to walk, at least 3-5 days every week. This will help facilitate weight loss pre-op, and get your body conditioned for your NEW way of life post-op ! I've lost 20 pounds in the past 3 months. Trust me ... we need to walk. I am going to start walking tonight. I hate the way the neighbors look at me when I walk. Like I have let myself go. I will go to the park and walk. Next year when I am thin, I will show the neighbors then Take Care Barb

I'm the 20th...I just found out today. I've started walking...I have 4.5 pounds to lose by my surgery date.. I was bad, eating food I shouldn't be.
