it's almost a month until my surgery and i'm trying really hard to keep myself busy. Girl Scouts are starting and so will Toastmasters. I'm nervous, excited and worried about my kids. My husband won't be able to come home to be with me for my surgery. he's deployed with the US army right now but at least i'll be half the woman i am now when he gets home

Goodness - when is he due back?? Now wouldn't that be funny if you had to introduce yourself to your husband.

He's not due bac****il Mother's day or Father's day of next year.

I am hoping to get to see him sometime around christmas but we'll have to see on that one.

It'll be a cool experience to see him after so long and to have lost so much weight. there are days i can hardly sleep just from the excitement of it all.
