September 20th For me!!

God has Blessed me, along with the rest of you. I am including you in my prayers and thoughts. Personally, I believe that I will have more energy and a story that lots of people can relate to that will help me spread the Word of His Glory. In Jesus' name, I thank you, Lord! Please keep watch over me and all these other souls in our time of need, that we may sing Your praises on "the other side"!

Amen Lauren ! God has blessed me as well. I feel without God in my life I would have no life. I wish I could let everyone feel what I feel every day of my life. I am a born again christian and soon to be a born again skinny gal. I am not so much focused on the amount of weight I will lose. I am more focused on getting healthy. I am not in the greatest of health and I am only 45. I want to be around to see my grandkids. My life is in God's hands and has been in God's hands. I quit smoking after 16+ years , I prayed every single day for God to take the temptation away from me and he did. I quit 5 1/2 years ago. I have a prayer book I have started since I began coming to this website. I will add you to it as well. My surgery date is the day before yours. I will be praying for you. God bless!

Why is there such a strong, instant, emotional bond when you find out someone has the same date as you ? It's crazy ... we're virtual strangers. But it's very true. All of us here, have made incredible friends, locally and nationally. I continue to be amazed by the support I witness on this website on a daily basis. May God guide the hands of our surgeons.
