Sunday Roll Call

Hello and Happy Sunday to you all. So what's on the agenda today, other than reading and posting . My day is just ending from yesterday. I had to work last night and I am just getting off work. I'll go home and try to get some sleep in the nice heat wave we are having. Then I don't know what I'll do. Maybe I'll come back and see what you have to say. Take care!!!!! Btty Boop60

Hi Btty Well here in New York it is really HOT and HUMID. My children want to go to the beach. they are 9 and 5. So I cant give them the car and tell them to go! I guess I have to take them. At least I found an area where I am not surrounded by thin people. So I do not feel that uncomfortable! So I guess I am off to the beach Take Care Gail

Well, sunday is Sunday. It has been hot here in Southern OReogn but today is a little overcast. That is not a bad thing. My plan today is to do another food clearing in my kitchen!Been stocking up on the foods I will need to focus on for weight loss. Got all of my labs done, most everything paid (self pay) and looking forward to my trip to SF! Barb
