Just got off the phone with BCBSDE

They noted my account that I'm approved for surgery, I now only need to get the "official" letter from them which has already been mailed (earlier today actually) I'm so happy! Okay, now for the panic... Sept 1 is right around the corner!!!!! LUV YOU ALL!!!! Rachel

What exactly do you think needs to get done prior to surgery? My docs have not told me to do anything at hime except for my testing etc...? Help!

I have a lot of home projects to get done, for example, sorting clothing and making sure my kids have enough to cover their tooshies during the next few months.... passing on hand me downs to others who need them, etc... The testing and stuff is done... I'm just doing bigger chores LOL Hope I didn't scare you! Hugs Rachel

Congrats Rachel! Isn't this a trip? I am 9/1 also and can't wait! I am really trying not to overwhelm myself with "getting things done" except at work of course. What isn't done at home will be there when I am able to take it on and I figure if I haven't done it yet, it wasn't that important. All the best to you! :thumsup: Rene'

thanks Rene! I'm soooo looking forward to this and sooooo nervous at the same time. Now I have the whole "can I borrow clothes" thing going on because I don't want to buy a wardrobe right before surgery. I'm just glad I got the job though, if I need to buy one or two outfits, so be it! Hugs Rachel
