Okay people , get out your best excuses..
List 3 of them here.

You just gave them away to the cyber world , see , you no longer have them so now there are NO worthy excuses !

Next , list 3 bad habits you have gotten comfortable with..

Again you just gave them away to the cyber world , you can't lean on them anynore for a crutch.

The accountabilty part , Get focused.
List 3 things you want to start doing again.

DO THEM , TODAY !! Don't wait, remember there are no excuses you just gave them away...lol

List 3 good habits your going to restat again , Yes your going to start today you have room , you gave away your bad habits remember?

This is the most important part... Repeat after me....... I have gotten LAZY and I love myself to much to stay that way !

Now reply to this post and start it with the most important part. and make your lists and we WILL check in EVERY friday to account for ourself and to suport each other.

It all boils down to this,
If we don't want to go back to who we were pre op we have to find a way to get back to who we were post op before things got comfortable, we have to be accountable , we have to support each other and most of all ourselves. We have to MAKE time to put us first again. There is no better time then now , Right now , just click reply and get started.

Hi my name is Shelly and I have gotten lazy and I love myself to much to stay that way!

I now weigh between 228 and 235 depending on the day of the week. Today is 234.

My goal is to lose just 2 lbs a week , that is the weight loss goal for "Normal" people and now after 3 yrs we are pretty much concidered "Normal" in weight and eating ability. That would put me at 222 by easter.

3 excuses

1. It's winter and it's harder to get anything done.
2. I have an month old and it's harder to stay on focus.
3.Everyone regains in the winter anyway.

3 bad habits
1. I eat whatever is available it's easier
2. I have stoped focusing on excersizing , hay it's winter..lol
3. Lack of water and supliments.

3 things I want to start doing again.

1. I want to feel good again , not sluggish and icky
2. when I see the scale , I don't want to view it as the enemy, we used to be friends.
3.I want to come back to OH family and get support and be supportive at least 2 days a week.



3 habits to restart TODAY !!
1.taking my supliments every morning when I get up
2.making 20 freetime min a day to get some excersize in (I'll add to it later but this is a start)
3.Drinking 1 glass of water  when I get up and before bed and getting 1 glass in between each meal. I figure that will give me at least 5 of 8

3 bad habits
eating too much sugar (even though I have dumping)
finding excuses not to go to the gym & exercise
snacking

3 things I want to start doing again
exercising 4 days a week
not snacking throughout the day, eating healthy
feeling good about myself

3 good habits I am going to restart again
going to the gym tonight
get more rest
try and stay away from snacking

Hi, My name is Sandy. My surgery was Sept. 28, 2005
Beginning weight was 334 Lowest was 212 ( for a day ) Now I am up to 260 !
3 excuses

1. It's too cold to go out to do anything.
2. I watch my grand daughter and she wears me out .
3.My back hurts..

3 bad habits
1. stopped logging my food .
2. too much grazing at night .
3. Lack of water and exercising

3 things I want to start doing again.
1.Get some exercise in. ( I just ordered a new mp3 player mine broke)
2. See numbers on the scale go down...Again.
3.I need to be accountable again !

3 habits to restart TODAY !!
1.start logging into fitday/sparkpeople again.
2.up my protein
3.substitute my 4Ctea for water more. And get more movement into my day.

Hi. My name is Betsy, Im 61 years old and had RNY 9/14/05. I weighed 335 the day of surgery and got down to 195 for a very short time. Current weight is 214.

3 excuses:
Its winter time, cant get out and walk.
March is birthday month in our family (11 of em!!) thats a lot  of cake! Cant hurt feelings
Im getting too old to lose weight.

3 Bad habits
I drink with my meals
I dont get my water in
I forget my supplements often.

3 things I want to start doing again
Feeling good about myself
Not focusing so much on food
Posting on OH for more support when I need it

3 good habits
Drinking my water
Taking my supplements
journaling my food.

I have gotten lazy and careless and love myself too much to stay that way!
