Hello everyone, its been a while... I had a VBG September of 2005, this was the only type of weight loss surgery I could get, I was part of the Kelsey Seybold system in Houston. I have had a hard time with keeping food down and having a slow weight loss history, I have lost 115 pounds, but am still shy of the extra 50 I needed to lose. After countless Doctor visits and no diagnosis I left Kelsey Seybold and found a great Doctor. I just got out of the hospital with a diagnosis of Gastric Outlet Obstruction, Gastroparesis, Gastritis and Enlarged proximal gastric pouch. I have to have a revision to RNY next week. Does anyone have any information on these conditions? Has anyone had the same issues? I'm nervous about the revision because of all the complications I have had, I am so tired of being sick all the time. Thanks! Katrina

Katrina, I have not heard of any of these conditions and cannot offer any wisdom but I wanted to say I wish you the best with your revision. I hope all goes well and you can lose the rest of your weight and feel good again.
