I know these Hemp Hearts are really good for you with lots of protein and essential fats. They also taste great. Should I be concerned with the amount of calories 1tbsp = 80 cal 6.6g fat 5g protein 1.5g carbs. The recommended seving is 4 tbsp. These are meant to keep you full more satisfied and less snacking. Also tons of other benefits. 320 cals of my daily intake seems like alot. My thought is a calorie is a calorie and regardless of where it comes from I still need to burn off those extras. I try to limit myself to 1200cal a day. Any thoughts or suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks Connie 307/153/140

They are hulled hemp seeds and are supposed to be very good for you with all omega fats and high in protein, they also tast great. Know to help keep you satisfied all day to prevent snacking and helps lower cholesterol and blood pressure. If you search Hemp Hearts on the net you will find all the info. Usually they can be bought in health food stores. About $15.00 for a bag. Taste great in cerals, yogurt, stir frys, just about anything.
