yogurt not "sitting well" now ?

I posted this on the main board but thought I would put it here also since it's my "date" forum to see if anyone else had this happen to them. Right after my surgery I lived on Dannon Light and Fit yogurt . The past couple of times I had it I had a "burning" feeling in my pouch so I stopped eating it . Has anyone had this experience ? Maybe it's telling me it's tired of it ? Any ideas ? Sandy

Hey Sandy not sure about the "burning" feeling, but it seems that my pouch is much more sensitive now than it has been in the last bunch of months. I gone back to being not very hungry again, and not really sure why but I like it. d
