Put Myself Back Into reality

Okay i let myself go my muscle was turning to fat. eating everthing carbing out feeling like **** What i started doing this week. I got me the protein powder and started back excercises eating heathy protien first. I lost 4 pound in 4 days. I feel better I have the energy. Its unreal. and guess what I meet a new man and dump the young one. This one is older he is 52 works at GM has a nice harley no kids nice home.. and is very nice. I hope it works out for me. I got tired of the young one to imature. I was married to a younger man and it brought back memorys of what it would be like. So maybe this one will work. LOL single life is a trip. Not drinking as much. and doing much better. Bladder sling is doing great i can sneeze now and not pee. Yeah. Hugs All barb

Barb, Hang in there. This new lifestyle stuff can be difficult. I was out shooting Pool last night and realized most of the men there were young enough for me to be their MOTHER!! And I am only 45. I live overseas and was in an Ameican Military Pub where I shoot Pool twice a week. Those young ones are way too immature for me, despite the interest. They are too into DRAMA. Concentrating on myself, taking care of me PROTEIN AND WATER AND VITAMINS AND RUNNING gotta come first. Take care, Jacqueline

Hi everyone just got done with 2 weeks of rehab. I am wearing the smoking patch also. So I stopped drinking and stopped smoking. I feel new again and back like my old self. I am giving up on men and taking care of my self. I miss chatting with all of you. Im doing everything right with my diet and starting to lose again. Back at my excercise. I did good for my self getting the help i needed. Life went into a big roller coaster. Im so glad you are doing great and all of you look great. Bladder is doing great since the sling. If any of you need it done get it. It is like a mesh and holds the bladder up. Now i can sneeze and not cross my legs. usally happen at people at my age. My bladder didnt drop it just wasnt empting out right and was causeing uti. Talk later love you all My happy self Hugs to all barb
