Funny/Weird/Flattering experience

Friday night I got together with a bunch of musicians from college. Many of them I hadn't seen in years. A few I've seen more recently at Gigs. There was one horn player there...who completely blew me off a couple of years ago when I expressed some interest. I walked in the room and said hello to him.... Not recognizing me, he asked me if we had met... I told him my name and he said, "My God! You look like a super model!" He looked terrible by the way. That train has totally left the station. I still find attention from men who were completely uninterested before odd.

Don't you just love it. That's funny. Let him eat crow. Makes you feel good he looks terrible. It amazes me how people react to me now. Where was I 19 months ago? I'm the same person. Oh well, it's their loss. keep enjoying those experiences. Koukla

Haha that's exactly how I felt when my exhusband found me on myspace. He didn't leave because I was fat or anything but I still loved it that I look so much better now. Helps men to see what they missing since they are visual creatures.
