This place is sloooowwww !

Guess everybody is busy exercising ? Haven't seen a new posting in a while. So hope everybody is doing well. Daughter came in last night and said the doc thinks she is having a girl ! First grand daughter...he also changed her date to Sept. 17. She is going to have to be monitered closely by her OB because she has a cyst on her ovary they have to watch. So now I know I can get some pink outfits....as long as they don't have "Tinkerbell" on them. Daughter doesn't want anything "Tinkerbell" ! So that's my news for the day..... How about you ??? Sandy

morning sandy I agree - this board has quieted down quite a bit - I miss reading here congrats on your daughter having a girl! I would be going crazy buying things - my daughter is getting married in august and the bridal shower is in july - if I keep buying things there won't be anything for anyone else to give her! I need to stop. things are quiet for me here on long island lately - well it IS snowing out - I would seriously prefer the warmer spring weather but I guess that's not too far off - maybe this will be our last snow of the season? (we haven't had all that much this year - it's been a pretty mild winter on long island - Feb & March were THE winter) have a great day! Linda

Hi sandy, You are right. It's so slow here now. I wonder where we all went? You must be so excited about the new baby. How exciting. my husband and I can't wait for that phase of life. First we have to get the kids married. We keep telling them we're ready to be grandparents but no one is taking the next step. My son is engaged but they don't plan to marry for a few years yet. Just think now you'll be able to hold the baby without a big belly in the way. how nice. Have a great day and let's hope the board starts up again. koukla

I am working a lot... praying to get to 185..... I had gotten back to 189 from 186 due to not taking my lasix... so want to get to 185 by 14th(18 months for me)...... My dog is getting his stitches out of his foot tommorrow(he had a pin in there)... I cant wait.. the E-collar had killed my legs when he bumps into me..... HEY!!! Is anyone else freezing???? It can be 70 degrees and I am so cold.... Dr says well.... I lost 172 lbs of INSULATION!!! LOL!!!!! God Bless.. on the upcoming grand daughter.. Tanya L

I haven't been around much lately but it does look like it has gotten slow around here. Maybe we are all just getting used to our new lives and dont have as many questions and concerns anymore. I know I feel pretty comfortable with it all now. I still can't believe it's been a year and a half though!!!
