was sick

Hi everyone, I was sick with an intestinal virus for two days and it included a fever. Everyone else was throwing up but I didn't have that part of it, just the other part. But what I found ugh was that while sick I just wanted the comfort food, "the CARBS". I thought it was just me being bad but today I'm all better and I realized it wasn't me being bad, it was just my sickness reverting me back to my old ways of comfort. Today I was back to my NEW way of life. Thank GOD for that. I was really nervous the past two days that I would wreck this surgery, just like I did every other diet. But now I feel better. And the next time I'm sick I'll try to ... I don't know but at least now I'm aware of it. This was my first time sick since surgery. Well, hope everyone's doing fine. Koukla 338/181
