over the lack of weight loss?? Anybody been on a looooong plateau??
Im 17 months out and have not lost anything relevant in 2 months! I have cut back on my carbs, increased the water and protein,,and still stuck. the scale keepos jumping from 196 to 200..and Im getting scared!!!
And are you all exercising? i havent been, and know that is part of theprobelm,,but how do ya start?? What do ya do?? Im 60 years old and need some support and a little instruction on how to start working these old muscles!!
Anybody got any advice??

I've been flip-flopping over 2 lbs since Thanksgiving Day, so I understand what you are feeling.
I do a lot of walking...maybe you could try that? I know it's cold, but I put on lots of layers of clothes...starting with cuddle duds top and bottom. Having a dog keeps me going every single morning.
I also go to Jazzercise 3 mornings a week...that is SO much fun...

Walking is the best form of cardio exercise to jump start that metabolism again.
It's cold, but you can buy the Leslie Sansone walking tapes/dvd's. She has many of them and it's like doing a fast walking in place, but in no time, you've done 3 miles! They start out slowly to get you going...
Look them up on amazon.com I was able to buy a three pack at one time that gradually starts you going and ends up with a hard walk by the 3rd dvd.
I'm stuck too. Have been for months. If my body wants to stay here, I'm fine with that..it just bugs me that I'm stuck between 200.4 and 203. I want to get below 200 SO badly!
I'm negligent because I've been basically eating what I want. Too many carbs and bad foods...not eating my three meals with protein first. Some days I don't get near enough of my protein.
It's got to be back to basics from the beginning for me, and soon! Other stresses have been planning into the picture and it's a poor excuse for not taking care of myself.
