Has any body else tried the Special K20 water? It is 16 oz, has 50 cal with 8 g carbs but 5 g of protein. Not to bad, I haven't finished it yet and am not sure how my stomach will handle.

I found a free coupon in my newspaper and got a bottle at wal-mart the other day. Still sitting in my fridge. I'll try it today. Not too much bothers my stomach unfortunately.
