New Day, New year,New beginnings
Hi all happy new year to my wonderful family !
Did any of you make any resolutions?
Mine was to NOT let this year suck, No matter how bad things seam I am going to find something positive in it. Thats it thats my only resolution.
My pregnant cousin was here and she said good Luck with that, pregnant woman aren't ever happy...lol I told her thats ok I said positive not happy....lol
My challenge for you all this week is to get in 80 oz of watera day, yes water, over and byond other fluid intake or in place of it , Either way! We all know how importan****er is for flushing the system. Hay it's not like I'm asking you to walk 50 miles...Hmmm maybe next week..lol

I didn't make it today I had 24 extra ounces of water , I slept most of the day.
at least I'm headed in the right direction..hehe
Thanx to bean I have once again added milk into my daily routine again also , Today I had 32 oz of 1% milk.

I drink allot more skim milk now that I am pregnant again at least 32 oz a day thats 8 g of protine per glass or basically 1 g per oz..lol, It also helps me to fill in the extra 300-400 Cal they want me to get in for the baby now.
When I first had the surgery and wasn't eating alot I would drink it because it was nutritious, tasted good and was a quick fix for protine.
I would say try whats it gonna hurt unless your lactose intolerant.

morning!
my new day and brand new attitude started at 6:15 this morning when I woke up! it is now 8:30 and I have had 24 oz of water and 8 oz of coffee (with protein)
this week will be the detoxification of my body - I went home last night and tossed everything in my house that wasn't healthy or contained too much sugar or carbs...I am DONE - holidays are over - life is back to normal - 20 lbs need to come off this body!!!
I will get in at least 80 oz of water and I will only be consuming protein ... oh and I will be going to the gym as soon as I walk out of my office at 4:00 today...NO MORE SLACKING...
my challenge is 20 pounds by Valentine's Day

Glad to see you got that newfound commitment going.
I haven't started on my water yet but I did have 16 oz of milk and a 20 oz cup of decaf coffee with milk, a banana and about 10 cheesepuffs.
I have 2 different appointments to go to so I will get my walk in today too.
All I really want to do is go back to sleep.but then thats ALL I seem to want to do latley..lol
I'll nap after my Appointments I guess.
I just want to make sure I stay under 300 while i'm pregnant that still gives me room to gain some, I'm hoping I don't need all THAT room though.

I am so ready to get this new year jump started and starting with a bang!! I have started the last two weeks of doing the cross trainer and weight lifting so I am ahead of the ballgame I Still ate what I wanted to but at least I did excercise while doing it. This morning I have had 2 cups of decaf coffee with cream and a protein bar yum yum!! I have to work today so I am still trying to figure out what I am going to have for lunch I forgot my soup at home that I was planning to have at lunch!!!
OH yea how are you eating 10 cheesepuffs!!! bad bad bad, I am trying my best to stay away from chips my doctor said they are so bad for you I don't even eat chips eat pretzels instead!!!
basically with Shel being pregnant she can eat whatever the baby wants (within reason) - I think she's got a great hold on what she needs to do and how to handle it...as long as she keeps up the exercise she'll do great...the baby comes first and what baby wants baby gets!!!!
glad to see you're back to being focused - I can't wait for all the sugar and carbs to leave my body!
