onederland at last!

Started in Sept/05 at 366; got down to 205 by July/06. Since July I've been stable from 201 to 205. Felt like it was my right wieght, since Iam 6'2". Last nite, weighed myself-- much to my surprise I weighed 198!!. It's been over 20 years since my weight started with a "1". Onelanderland, at last!! Hang it there, everyone. Don't give up. Randy H.

Randy, Congrats!!! I've too been stuck at 200.2 - 203lbs since August...I've gotten on the scale a couple of times and it was below 200, but hasn't stuck long enough. I'm going to up my cardio after Jan 1 to see if I can also get to 1derland! Keep up the great work! Paula

Congratulations Randy I don't think I will ever get to Onderland..but I am comfortable. If I get lower that's all the better. Congratulations again. Sandy
