Then what are you doing reading this? GET YOUR BUT MOVIN PEOPLE !! What do think this is Christmas? Nope that was last week and NYE isn't till next week so no excuses move it move it!! I borrowed this from sparkpeople, I saved it from a spring e-mail but hay with lack of snow it still works. Some call it cabin fever; others call it an energy jolt. It's that random moment when you feel like running a four-minute mile, dunking a basketball, or bench pressing 300 pounds. So when this moment comes to you, take advantage. With the weather getting nicer and the days getting longer, the settings are just right. The possibilities are endless. Jump on the bike. Throw on your running shoes and go. Pop in an exercise tape. Play some hoops with your kid or your roommate. Even a game of pickle in the backyard! Don't hold back. Go ahead and push yourself because that's what your body wants. Of course, it's important to warm up first and stretch, as well as to stop before the point of complete exhaustion. It may only take 15 minutes before you're beat, but your body will be running on all cylinders and headed down the right track towards being healthy and happy. I got worn out just reading your post!! Okay, here is my exercise -- I have to go back to the yarn store and exchange the yarn I got yesterday (for baby) because I got it home and didn't like it. So I have to drive -- then I have to walk from the parking lot to the store -- then I have to push my way past the thousands of people in the store -- then back to the car -- whew, is that enough for you mmiss motivator!! love donna

I started excercising everyday when I get off work I MAKE my car drive straight to the gym no excuses. I am up to 45 mins on the cross trainer now and its sometimes a struggle getting started but once I am on there and listening to my music I don't want ot get off lol... I actually enjoy it once I get started. I also lift weights because I am excuse the language but I will be DAMNED if I am going to gain back this weight after all I have been through, so I am finally motivated to get me ass moving in gear!!! I can't beleive I am going to be a "grandma" in 88 days my daughter is counting down the days now. She has decided to name her baby girl "Brooke Lynne Michelle" after her mom heheh I can't wait to hold her in my arms. Its going to be a struggle for my daughter since she is so young but I keep thinking, I did it without any help and she has me to fall back on so she can do it no problem

Love the motivation, I have given in to the new year resolution thing and will start back again 1/2/07--- I know wasting 5 days of exercise--- but I still haven't recovered from the Holidays. Pickle is a game where some one is in the middle and two people throw the ball over their head. The person/people in the middle try to catch it. It is also a baseball phrase for when a player is stuck between two bases and the other teams players are trying to get him out. One of those mom of boys facts...... donna
