Hey, Michelle... Glad that the gift got to you. Aren't those Detour bars to die for/?? It's like eating a candy bar for me. I get them the besy buy at Walmart. 6 bars in a box for 5 dollars and change...In the pharmacy area where they sell the weight loss bars/drinks, etc. Have fun with the DVD's. They looked like fun with an added "kick" in em! Paula
