back on track and lost the weight i put on looking forward to the new year Ila

Happy new year Ila, I have gained weight but i'm okay with it due to the fact that I had to stop taking my lasix pills each day. I suppose I will be gaining more in the future but it will be worth it. Shel

it ok we will go up and down in our weight and iam sure you will lose again do you mind me asking how much do you weight now and what is a lasix pill?Ila

I'm back up to 268 lbs again. Lasix is used to take the excess water weight out so you have less fluids built up in your system. I can't take it now because Of being pregnant because it will effect the fluids in the amniotic sac. I plan to still eat good choices as much as possible, and still stay active and see how well I do, If I gain I'm not going to freak out about it until 6 weeks after having the baby, witch will put me back to fighting the holiday foods again...lol Ask as many questions as you like, thats how you figure out the answers. I'm Due Sept 3rd 2007 It's to early to tell the sex yet We don't know what we are having , we don't want to know until the baby is born. Thank you for keeping me in your prayers,Prayers are always appreciated. I will defiantly keep posting, If I didn't the family I have here would hunt me down..hehe Shel

Hi Ma ooohh baby stuff hehe You guys made me cry when i found the baby shower post...lol I love baby things especially the ones hand made with love My fathers second wife(My other mother I call her) is going to have a sort of shower down there too. She said i'll tell em if they don't feel like shopping and mailing to just get ya walmart cards cuz babies always need diapers..lol. Hugs, SS

Shell I was on lasix. My dr took me off of them. When he did I gained 10 pounds back. But I lost it within the month. Your better off being off those. They are not good for the kidneys either. Maybe you wont ever need to go back on them. Hugs Barb
