1. Do you prefer Egg Nog or Hot Chocolate? Both b4 WLS - neither now
2. Does Santa wrap presents or just sit them under the tree? all gifts need to be wrapped
3. Colored or White lights on your tree/house? white on the inside of the tree and colored on the outside of the tree - all white on the outside of the house with red spot lights
4. Do you hang mistletoe? I can't find any this year but if I could I would
5. When do you put your decorations up? I put them up Thanksgiving weekend this year - normally I get them up the 1st week of December
6. What is your favorite holiday dish (excluding dessert)? do I have to have a favorite?
7. What was your favorite Holiday memory as a child? waking up on Christmas morning and seeing the way the living room glowed from the sun coming in the windows and hitting all the wrapping paper
8. When and how did you learn the truth about Santa? what are you trying to say?
9. Do you open a gift on Christmas Eve? No - everything is Christmas morning
10. How do you decorate your Christmas Tree? my tree started out with glass ornaments (I have thousands) but now it's turned into what I call a "special ornament" tree - each ornament has a special meaning
11. Snow! Love it or Dread it? ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT
12. Can you ice skate? Used to be able to - would like to try again
13. Do you remember your favorite gift? the rabbit fur jacket I got one year - it was so soft and I wanted it so badly
14. What's the most important thing about the Holidays for you? spending it with my children and family
15. What is your favorite Holiday Dessert? again...do I have to have a favorite?
16. What is your favorite holiday tradition? Christmas morning - opening the stockings first and then alternating who opens presents
17. What tops your tree? my angel
18. Which do you prefer giving or receiving? (I'll be honest) I love to give but it's not bad to receive
19. What is your favorite Christmas Song? The First Noel
20. Candy Canes -yuck or yummy? YUCK YUCK YUCK
21. Favorite Christmas movie? what is with the word favorite? I would have to say White Christmas, Miracle on 34th Street, It's a Wonderful Life, Christmas Vacation, etc etc etc...(I am a christmas freak - if I could I would do it all year long)

Well you are Ms Christmas aren't you!! Would you explain how you put lights on your tree on the inside and then the outside??? That is so beyond me!!!

I LOVE getting presents!!!! I won't lie and anyone that says they don't enjoy it isn't telling the whole truth I absolutely loved opening all the stuff you sent me! (shhhhhh don't tell but I think they will all be my favorite presents ) and I LOVE surprises (sorry Paula)
Okay donna honey pay attention - - I take 4 strands of white lights and wrap them tighly around the trunk of the tree (most of the time scratching my arms up to no end but it's worth it) then I put the colored lights on the branches of the tree - the lights can NOT blink! I can't deal with blinking lights on my tree - it drives me crazy (crazier than I already am)
I just adore Christmas - it makes me feel like a little girl inside and I think I smile the entire month of December - I have always tried to make it the most special day for my girls and so far it's worked!

8. When and how did you learn the truth about Santa? I never really believed in Santa as far as I can remember, but I always played along.

13. Do you remember your favorite gift? When I was really little i had a teddy bear that roller skated, I thought that was pretty cool.

7. What was your favorite Holiday memory as a child? When I was about 5 my Grandfather climbed up on the roof and threw my gifts down the chimney while I was sitting in the living Room.. I was beside myself in excitement!
8. When and how did you learn the truth about Santa? I was 6 or 7, Jane Ann told us, as her big brother had just told her... we where all standing on stage waiting to start the Christmas Pageant at St. Augustine's School. Talk about GREAT timing.
9. Do you open a gift on Christmas Eve? nope, but we might let the children exchange gifts with each other on Christmas Eve this year.
10. How do you decorate your Christmas Tree? white lights, strings of pearls, and TONS of ornaments in all shapes, sizes.. store bought, homemade... I love my tree!
11. Snow! Love it or Dread it? Both. I like a white Christmas but after that it can disappear for all I care.

13. Do you remember your favorite gift? Baby Alive. How can you not LOVE a doll you feed and it POOPS!

16. What is your favorite holiday tradition? Our Santa party we throw every year. Santa comes and give the kids each an early Christmas gift.. it's complete cohos and i love it!

1. Do you prefer Egg Nog or Hot Chocolate? I only drink egg nog at Christmas time, so Egg Nog. Hot Chocolate is for winter camping and skating.
2. Does Santa wrap presents or just sit them under the tree? All wrapped, My Dh's family doesn't wrap, so every year he grumbles about it. _ Now that the kids are older having them wrap makes the holiday last a little longer, which isn't bad considering the amount of money per gift it ends up.

7. What was your favorite Holiday memory as a child? One Christmas eve, when I was young, we had a big storm. Our tree was the only lights on and I was sitting by the window watching the storm, listening to Christmas music.
8. When and how did you learn the truth about Santa? Not sure, I remember my mom explaining it to me, we talked about santa, easter bunny and tooth faire. I was the oldest and it was a good bonding moment with my mom. We were going to share the secret from my brother and sister.
9. Do you open a gift on Christmas Eve? My DH and I exchange on Christmas eve.
10. How do you decorate your Christmas Tree? Top to bottom, all the "good" ornaments at the top. Plastic at the bottom. 99% of tree is homemade stuff.
11. Snow! Love it or Dread it? Dread driving in it.
12. Can you ice skate? Yup, can now play hockey yahoo!!!!!
13. Do you remember your favorite gift? Actually it was a gift I gave. I was 15 when I got my first job. I bought my mom a mother rings.
14. What's the most important thing about the Holidays for you? Being with my family
15. What is your favorite Holiday Dessert? Apple pie before WLS- now low sugar custard.
16. What is your favorite holiday tradition? Making gilletts (fried dough) in the morning. This year I really enjoyed making cookies and fudge.
17. What tops your tree? angle- my family's angle was home made and you put a light under it to make it glow. The first year we put her up my dad but a red bulb under it by mistake--- she is now known as Roxanne- the red light angle....
18. Which do you prefer giving or receiving? Both--come on everyone. I love to give, but don't mind receiving.
19. What is your favorite Christmas Song? Who's got a beard that's long and white.
