Merry Christmas Ila, Things are a bit slow here because of the holidays but should pick up again in January. This isn't a board or a group, it IS in all sense of the word a family. We support each other, we share opinions(sometimes they differ) we get mad, we get glad, we get moody and sad, we sometimes cheet ourselves by eating wrong or not excersizing , and heck sometimes we even gain weight...But we do it "TOGETHER". thank Sheelly that what i am looking for when i had my surgery i had no one to turn to or to help me i did it a long yes i had my sister and brother that had it done but what good where they to me if they are not doing right them self i am so happy for the site to talk to other and just knowing i am not a lone i get more sopport from now from all over more then i do my home town and i am enjoying it i wish i had this site when i had my surgery in2005 it nice to know that i am not going to get yell at if i get off track Ila

Oh you will get yelled at, but we do it in such a loving supposrtive way it won't ever seem like a bad thing...hehehe you know the whole hay you put down that cookie it's not good for you...lol and how do we know you ate a cookie? Cuz we are ALL human and we all do those kind of things. Hugs, Shel
