morning- todays challange
since I had a 2 hour commute today, thanks to the rain and New England drivers, I won't be able to do a regular work out. I have PTO tonight right after work etc....
So my challenge to day is hard, I will try to pop into the gym through out the day and do some weight training...
Lift one repetition every time I go in. I will let everyone know how I make out...
