morning- todays challange

since I had a 2 hour commute today, thanks to the rain and New England drivers, I won't be able to do a regular work out. I have PTO tonight right after work etc.... So my challenge to day is hard, I will try to pop into the gym through out the day and do some weight training... Lift one repetition every time I go in. I will let everyone know how I make out... anyone else in for the challenge, what's your 1 thing? d

I drank 3-20 oz bottles of water. Tomorrow, 30 min plus one hour of regular Jazzercise class. Thursday, add in YWCA aerobics.
