I quit smoking!
I know, I know, I never should have started back up again after the WLS, but when my mom passed in February guess what? I went right back into the habit with no hesitation.
Anyway, because my upcoming breast reduction (6 weeks from today!) requires a free nipple graft, I HAD to quit or risk nipple death 
It's been 2 weeks today since I had my last smoke 
And I did gain a couple of pounds, but I feel like I am back on track now.
