What is YOUR hardest rule??
Hey Heidi, this was a good post for me because I see that I'm not the only one who hasn't figured this whole thing out yet. Well, I mean I've figured it out, I just haven't mastered it yet!! Sounds like we all have that problem!! Do you think it will ever be second nature to us??

Hi Paula, just getting over this knee - which I promised I wouldn't whine about anymore -- exercise sounds fun to me!! But I know what you mean, when my doctor said I had to exercise at least 5 days a week I remember thinking 'whoa, that is not going to be easy'.
But I have to say the waiting two hours is definitely my hardest!!

I think they are all hard and all on my list of what I keep forgetting to do! Well I don't really forget they just seem to slip my mind until I've forgotten???
chew chew chew - eat slow - don't drink - drink alot - exercise - don't snack - drink more - get your protein first - chew chew chew - read the labels - don't consume caffeine - don't eat sugar - stay away from white flour - chew more - wait eat slower - stop drinking it hasn't been 30 mins yet - go walking - get to the gym - chew chew chew SLOWLY - why aren't you drinking???
