Hi Koukla, I refer to that as the 'belch bite' -- the one last bite that takes you to the bathroom. It's true, we know these things, but even 13 months later, we are still perfecting it!! I think that's okay, as long as we keep remembering!! love donna

Barb, I know the stop feeling sorry for yourself feeling! I get to a point, and it's like okay that's enough, get on with life. But for you Barb, the key is what you said, to take care of yourself. You can do it. You have to do it. You have so much ahead of you!! Please don't give up. love donna

Mine would have to be the chewing, snacking, and the no beer or soda.....I haven't broken the beer or soda rule so i am doing good with that.

Hey Heidi, this was a good post for me because I see that I'm not the only one who hasn't figured this whole thing out yet. Well, I mean I've figured it out, I just haven't mastered it yet!! Sounds like we all have that problem!! Do you think it will ever be second nature to us?? love donna p.s. I'm sorry when you were in VA it rained!! Exercise is definately the hardest thing for me... Having to wait the 2 hours to drink after a meal is sometimes really hard...and then getting in enough fluid in a day is sometimes hard... and last....snacking at times...especially the week prior to my monthly...jeez paula

Hi Paula, just getting over this knee - which I promised I wouldn't whine about anymore -- exercise sounds fun to me!! But I know what you mean, when my doctor said I had to exercise at least 5 days a week I remember thinking 'whoa, that is not going to be easy'. But I have to say the waiting two hours is definitely my hardest!! love donna

I think they are all hard and all on my list of what I keep forgetting to do! Well I don't really forget they just seem to slip my mind until I've forgotten??? chew chew chew - eat slow - don't drink - drink alot - exercise - don't snack - drink more - get your protein first - chew chew chew - read the labels - don't consume caffeine - don't eat sugar - stay away from white flour - chew more - wait eat slower - stop drinking it hasn't been 30 mins yet - go walking - get to the gym - chew chew chew SLOWLY - why aren't you drinking??? too much thought!

Hey donna, Nice post was interesting. Mine has been no snacking. I can't stop grazing. It is driving me out of my mind. It seems that I can justify it in many ways and at the end of the night I get bummed out. but I will continue to try. donna
