Overnight party

Hi All, I'm so excited. Many of us from the CT forum are having a Halloween party at a hotel and most of us are staying overnight! I've met a lot of the people recently at a walk from obesity walk. I can't wait to go. I made the kids and me costumes. (Bob can't make it). We're going to be cave people with tiger print fur costumes! I'm bursting at the seams with happiness. I've never been so excited to be going anywhere, especially for a halloween thing. It's never been big for me cause of my previous size and not finding or wanting to fit into a costume. Paula, Sounds fantastic!! I know just what you mean about fitting into stuff. I bought a store costume at a German store here I think just because I could actually fit into it and in fact it is probably one size too big!! But I am sponsoring a dance for my Middle School here and costumes are optional so I am wearing mine!! Kids will love to see me in a costume: It is a short witches skirt costume in black and orange with a hat and it is so cute!! Hope you and kids enjoy your big party and can't wait to see pics. Oh Paula, I feel your excitement and I'm so excited for you. I do alot with the VA board and it is so fun to get together with people you've met online. Every year (well so far this is the second year) there are get togethers at a hotel in Richmond for the weekend. It's a blast. One in the summer and one in the winter. And then during the year sometimes different ones meet for dinner. I hope you get that closeness with this group. It's just another support. I can't wait to see the pictures. You know I was planning on going to the conference this weekend in KY but changed my mind due to my knee. But I had gotten a costume and was excited about it!! I'll save it I guess, who knows, maybe I'll go to another one. I'm so excited for you Paula. You're going to have so much fun. And it's good the kids get to go. love donna

Hey Paula have a great time. The mass board just posted a dinner get together. I haven't decided to go or not. But will be looking forward to seeing you pictures. I haven't gotten a costume as of yet... will be going out tomorrow with the boys. donna

Have a great time Paula. I wish I could get up the nerve to go. I am such a "stay in the back and hide" kind of person. I'm always afraid I won't know what to talk about or do.
