Friends question

OkAY, I admit, I am not that technical, but wouldn't it be easier (or is this already possible) that if someone asks you to approve them as their friend, you can ask them at the same time to put you as a friend. I had a lot of 'friend' requests and now I have to go find all those people and do double key strokes and ask them to put me as a friend!! Did I miss something?? love donna

Donna, OH's programmers did screw up in this area, in my opinion. They should make it when you hit approve, they give you an option to add them as your friend, also. Write the support and ask. paula

OK, And I thought I was doing so much better with technology. I am just confused about how to request a person be a "friend" and how to approve someone who has requested to be my friend!! It is just too much for me so If I haven't approved you it is a technical issue not anything else!! Lord knows I do not intend to discount any of you wonderful folks. What having Friends does is in the new profiles there are several things which you can set up to be private (only YOU can view), for FRIENDS only, or for everyone. If, for example, you wanted to put up some PS pics, but didn't necessarily want nude photos of you out on the internet for everyone (like your mom or boss) to view, then you could put them up for Friends Only. Same with blog posts, and I think there were a couple of other things - maybe even the whole profile. --BT

ok dont know if im imagining it or not but here is what happened to me. I hadnt even seen the friends thing yet and have not checked my email. When i popped on the website this am it said i had messages waiting. It was friend request from 4 people i clicked on each thing it said to it was quite straight forward. This added you to my list does this mean i am added to yours as well because i went and clicked friend on someone who hadnt sent me a message and its in the pending stage. Just wondering if it does do both things as long as the person on the other end approves it. Am i making any sense lol. Tammy O
