OK, TRUTHFULLY what are you eating?
Hi everyone,
It's so good to see everyone being so honest. I'll post what I've had the past 2 days, because I'm in a zone. Before Sunday though...uck...we won't go there.
Mon.: 3 bacon and boiled egg
ham cubed, hard salami (1 sl.) & cheddar cheese cubed(finger food at work)
hamburger w/ taco seasoning, lettuce, onion, tom. & taco sauce
s.f. popsicle
Tue.: same except the popsicle, oh and 4 s.f. hard candies and gum
I am TRYing to really concentrate on protein now. I've noticed slow weight-loss, more hair in the drain again and puny muscle tone. Got to stop that right now!

I think I eat more than anyone else here has listed. However I do really workout. This week, I'm trying to cut back. I had 5 pounds to go and hadn't lost any weight in weeks. Just this week I've gone from a high of 171 to 167. So just a little cutting back has helped. However the way my body is, the 4 pounds could be back tomorrow.
ok I think I am the one really in trouble and seeing what you guys are eating your good compared to me!!
Yesterday-B=Southbeach raisen bar, like 3 cups of coffee (I love it)
Lunch=2 slices of thin crust supreme pizza from pizza hut, it was the first time I Was actually able to hold pizza down and I ate 2 slices!!
snack-doritoes
dinner-1.2 cup of chili with cheese and 6 crackers
snack-kettle corn popcorn ate the whole darn bag, cup of coffee
Monday I had B= 1 egg and 3 ounces of steak
Lunch=nothing
Dinner-chili with chips and cheese
snack-2 macadamine cookie (err)
I AM HORRIBLE NO WONDER I AM GAINing!!

I too am going to start writing down EVERYTHING I put into my mouth - so here goes
Tuesday -
B - coffee w/ protein
S - coffee w/ protein
L - tossed salad w/ light vinagrette dressing (about 2 tbls) and shredded cheese -
S - 2 slices american cheese
D - Beef & Veggie soup
S - medium size piece of homemade pumpkin bread (BAD GIRL)
Wednesday -
B - coffee w/ protein
S - coffee w/ protein
L - tossed salad w/ light dressing & shredded cheese
S - nothing
D - 1 cup of homemade creamy tomato soup (it's getting chilly here on long island)
S - small piece of pumpkin bread (then I tossed the loaf in the garbage)
Thursday -
B - Dannon fruit & fiber yogurt (the new crave control one - it's okay not great)
S - coffee w/ protein
L - tossed salad w/ light dressing (no cheese - I didn't have any) & an Apple (a BIG apple and I ate almost the whole thing - felt sick but kept nibbling on it )
S - coffee w/ protein
D - (I think!!!) a piece of chicken baked chicken breast w/ bbq sauce and some fresh string beans
S - I'm cutting this snack out effective immediately!
I have been walking (not as much as I should be but I am doing some) - I haven't been to the gym in almost a month (due to surgery ) and seem to be having a tough time motivating myself to get back there (yes I'm still paying for it - that SHOULD be motivation enough BUT!) -
I get in about 50 oz of water per day (prior to surgery I was drinking around 100 oz) - I'm not gaining weight but I feel horrible...I am feeling VERY sluggish.
so what do we do about this? how do we kick our butts back on track??????
I think I need help!
