OK, TRUTHFULLY what are you eating?
I thought it would be interesting, since we are all scolding ourselves for what we are eating...to post in and have everyone take a hard look at what we are eating, and get some constructive comments back from everyone!

325/210/175???will I ever get under 200...not the way I'm eating!
Yes I'm hiding...I am totally ashamed at how I am behaving around food. My dh confronted me last night in love about me eating after 8pm (I was snacking at 10pm)
So, here is what I've eaten in the last 24 hours...
Monday:
Lunch:
1 1/2 cups Hot & Sour Soup with fried crunchy things
1 egg roll
Dinner:
3/4 of a 1/2 lb burger patty w/ colby cheese from Cracker Barrel
4 french fries w/ Blue cheese dressing or ketchup
water w/ lemon
14 oz Starbucks Caffe Mocha
Snack: (at 10pm)
3 oreo-type cookies
2 bite size Chips Ahoy
2 TBS peanut butter
Tuesday:
Breakfast:
20oz Starbucks Caffe Mocha
Lunch:
1/2 bowl of Jason's Deli Chili w/ cheese and onions
1/4 of a Plain Jane baked potato

Sunday
1 blueberry rollup - I cooked some blueberries w/splenda and cinnamin, then I rolled them up in 3 sheets of phylo dough and baked it. OMG it was good.
1 cup chicken soup (homemade w/chicken, tiny meatballs (yup homemade), escarole, leeks, baby bellas and 1 oz dreamfields pasta
1 slice garlic bread w/cheese (i think if it has cheese it's good for you )
3 whole wheat crackers
1oz cheese
Monday
Lunch
1 C chicken soup
Dinner
1/2c yellow rice w/beans
1 c chicken soup
snack
4 whole wheat crackers
1tbs peanutbutter
Today
lunch
1 cup chicken soup (almost tired of it)
1 apple wedge (about 1/8th of an apple)
Dinner - it may change but I think I'm having
6 jumbo shrimps w/1 oz dreamfields pasta
1/2c homemade fra diavolo marinara sauce
1/2 oz cheese
snack
3-4 whole wheat crackers and either 1tbs peanutbutter or cheese
I haven't been getting my water in and I've been drinking lots of coffee hightest .
Okay friends - kick my butt into gear again!

Your eating seems on target...BUT, my surgeon says to avoid the soups cause they don't stick with us in our pouches long enough, so I avoid them...
The rest of your snacking, etc seems ok..proper proporations, etc.
No need to do any butt kicking here! Except for the caffeine and no water intake!!

Can't remember what I had for breakfast...a lf yogurt, I think
Lunch: 3 oz cheese
Ok, here's where it gets bad...
Took the kids to the Columbus Day parade downtown and we stopped for snacks. I ate, a larger snack bag size of Smartfood Cheddar Cheese popcorn (all by myself)
A few handfuls of pretzels (craving salt and carbs this week). And a handful of tootsie rolls that were thrown to us from parade floats.
Dinner: Can't remember...
Snack: SF popsicles
Monday:
B: 2 cheese sticks
S: Went to apple cider mill and had two cups of fresh cider (dixie cups) and part of an apple crisp...Blah, was I nauseaus afterwards...BUT, kept picking at it for the rest of the afternoon! BAD
L: Picked at something, can't remember
S: nothing...or, everything that I'd been snacking on all day long!
D: Chinese chop suey with the dried noodles...it tasted bland and awful. But, I ate it anyways.
S: SF popsicles, couple of rf wheat thins, small apple,
Trying to do water, but not getting in near enough. I've got to start filling a gallon jug and drinking that plus some each day.
When I can't remember what I've eaten, it's a bad, bad thing for me. I've GOT to start writing everything down again, because the grazing is creeping in again and especially the week or two before my period.
I have my one year at the surgeon's tomorrow. I've not lost any weight in over a month (not gained, though, thank God)...I'm stuck, but, it'll probably show as a loss on his scale from the time prior. He'll tell me to make an appt w/ the dietitian.

B: Protein shake Yes I drink it because I like it!
S: A few grapes
L: A turkey and cheese sand, on two slices of wheat bread 99% lean turkey
S:4 sugar free chocolate covered graham cookies
D: half of a mixed cheese sub minus half the roll
S: more grapes
I do a horrible job drinking my water.....but i try.
Today:
B: Protein Shake
S: Two bites of apple
L:Turkey and cheese sand
S: Rest of small apple with peanut butter
S: 4 sugar free cookies
D: Planning on tilapia and mac and cheese (I'll eat mostly the fish maybe a few bites of the supermac made with skim milk)
I usually eat dinner late so I don't snack much after dinner. Nut told me I could stop drinking the shakes whenever I want but I actually look forward to them in the mornings!

4-6 cubes of cheese
1/4 cup of strawberrys w/whipcream
instant mashed pot w/ the noodles from chicken noodle soup
a couple bites of noodles with mushroom soup mixed in it
piece of toast
small bowl of cereal...my tummy was upset so i ate something
also some coffee and water.
UM yeah where has she been? Well I am bad at writing but alwasy reading. This topic was very interesting... does that tell you something.

what do I eat...
B- 1.5 cups special K protein plus cereal wet only with skim milk, (don't drink the milk)
s-cubed cheese colby/sharp-2 oz
L- 1/2 wheat bread sandwich with turkey/cheese mayo or my homemade ckn salad
and a 3/4 portion of small container of cottage cheese with 2 strawberries sliced
S-aktins advantage peanut butter granola bar or power crunch bar
D-2 oz shrimp with 1/4 c yellow rice and broccli/cauliflower steamed
S-soy crips (like small rice cakes) have protein a few carbs
water, milk, unsw tea, crystal light-drink 50-60 oz a day I try...
started on my regular excersie program tonight with 45 minutes of vigorus cross training walking on my treadmill ( i love it)!

I think I actually do pretty well most days still, yesterday I had:
B-8oz protein drink and 6oz yogurt
S-1 package (6 sandwhich crackers) PB and cheese crackers
L-1 soft taco and about 4 bites of a Meximelt from Taco Bell
S-2 ritz crackers with cheese in a can on them
D-4 saltines, 2 slices colby cheese, 1 banana
and about 100oz of water
Today I will have
B-8oz protein drink and 6oz yogurt (see a pattern? LOL)
S-banana
L-Lean Cuisine chicken alfredo meal
S before workout- PB and cheese crackers
D-ham and cheese wrap
over 100oz of water
