Hi Pam, I don't think I've turned the corner on this thing yet, but everyday I hope is better than the last. Someone asked me if it was as bad as the wls and I had to say that I had it much easier with my gastric bypass than this knee replacement. I'm usually pretty tough but I guess the invalid thing is a downer for me. But oh well, I have a brand new knee!! love donna

Hi Donna, I am so happy to hear you are doing fine. I have been praying for you each night. Glad to hear you're home and moving around. Bed sores.... that's something. yes I can see why. our stretched out thin skins. I'm amazed at the bones in there. never felt them before. LOL anyway, take you time and get better. Don't do too much too soon. and keep up informed. Let us know what the surgeon says about your swollen leg. Again I know I have misssed you on the board. It's just not the same.
