Just checking in

Hello everyone I havent posted on here in a while but I have been lurking and trying to keep up with the news lol.I have been stuck at 179-181 since July arrrrr.I'm just hoping to get to my goal of 160 one day but those nasty scale's won't budge.So how is everyone doing?Everyone look's great.I'm doing pretty good and I am very happy with the results so far and to tell ya the truth if I stayed at this weight it wouldnt kill me but I would like to see that darned scale say....160 hee hee but anyway My family and I went to the new Georgia Aquarium yesterday and had a blast.We walked alot and I didnt even get tired.Walked a good way's just to get to the Aquarium from where we parked the car to.Life is so much better now with 96 lbs gone!!! Well thought I would check in and I hope everyone is doing well. ~Tonya King~

Hi tonya.. i am doing ok... i was stuck at 164-163-165 for a while now i am finally at 161....which i will probably stay here for awhile.. cuz that is what usually happens.. oh well........... the aquarium was nice...that cool i havent been to an aquarium for about 10 years... it does feel good to be thinner. heidi
