Sandy, Congradulations. It seems like a lot of September surgery folks scale are moving AGAIN in the downward direction. Me, Not. Down one pound...Up two. I am between 159 and 161. Only 5-10 more pounds and still nothing significant!! BUT GREAT FOR YOU!!! Keep the trend going. My weight is bound to change again, Right? Jacqueline

Sandy, Whoo HOO...FINALLY... I'm stuck at 203-204/5 for way over a month now and it's starting to aggravate me. I have a pulled muscle in my back, so I can't go to my water walking class. I can barely move, actually. So, I'm stuck. I've been hungry too this week. Not eating too many bad things, just a lot of them... I love the new crave control dannon yogurts. They had added cereal in them and they're bulkier. Only 70 cals each. Paula

Hey Barb - I take Effexor XR which is time released (been taking it for about 3 years). Since surgery I dump the pellets out of the capsule on my tongue instead of swallowing the capsule. It works well (as long as you swallow all of those little buggers). According to my Dr, Effexor isn't associated with weight gain. Micha

Isn't it fantastic? I'm the one who made the solemn promise to herself to put my scale in the highest shelf of the closet and only take it out once a month OR if my clothes felt tight. Well, I've been sick with a chest cold for a week and had NO APPETITE. So, when I went back to work I put on my brand-new size 10 slacks and they were loose. So, out comes the scale, and I actually lost 2 lbs and am now 149!!! Only 9 lbs from goal, only 9 lbs until I am officially in the "normal" BMI range! Like I said, isn't it fantastic?
